General Ticket Policy
Ticket orders are processed 5 days a week.
Ticket prices are subject to change and are only available online or by phone at +1 (407) 363-5872. Once purchased, some tickets may not be refundable; however, in that case the value can be applied towards purchase of same tickets for a different date. Visit Orlando is not responsible for ticket loss.
Print-at-Home (select products only)
Residents of the United States and Canada may select to receive their tickets via Print-at-Home (select products only). Tickets cannot be picked up at theme parks or attractions.
Residents of all other countries must choose Print-at-Home (select products only). Visit Orlando is not able to ship internationally; we do not ship to hotels.
This is not an automatic process. Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. only. Please anticipate a longer processing window during high order volume periods.
You will receive an email containing an attachment with PDF, there is one page per ticket purchased. You must print each ticket and bring to the park(s) for admission.
For Print-at-Home, all items in your Shopping Cart must be available for Print-at-Home
