  • Tickets

    • Ticket orders are processed 7 days a week.

      United States and Canada residents may select to receive their tickets via Print-at-Home (select products only), FedEx, pick-up at Orlando's Official Visitor Center or Hotel Delivery. Tickets cannot be picked up at theme parks or attractions.

      Residents of all other countries must choose Print-at-Home (select products only), pick up tickets at Orlando's Official Visitor Center or Hotel Delivery. Visit Orlando is not able to ship internationally; we do not ship to hotels.

      Ticket prices are subject to change and are only available online or by phone at 1-800-257-0060. Once purchased, tickets are not refundable. Visit Orlando is not responsible for ticket loss.

    • You pick-up at Orlando’s Official Visitor Center.

    • No, our tickets must be picked up from our Official Visitor Center.

    • Yes, select tickets are available for print-at-home. This is not an automated process. Orders are processed daily from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Orders placed within these hours will received tickets within 3 hours of the purchase. Orders placed between the hours of 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. will be received by 11:00 a.m. You will receive an email containing an attachment with PDF, there is one page per ticket purchased. You must print each ticket and bring to the park(s) for admission. For Print-at-Home, all items in your Shopping Cart must be available for Print-at-Home; otherwise you will only see Pick-Up or FedEx options.

    • Yes, we do deliver to several area hotels. Please contact us for our current list of area hotels we service. Please call 1-800-257-0060 or 407-363-5872 two days prior to your requested delivery date to schedule a delivery time. We deliver 7-days a week starting at 9:00 a.m. Tickets are only released to the credit card holder who must present the credit card along with matching government issued photo identification. Our delivery driver will meet the credit card holder in the hotel lobby. Tickets will not be left at the hotel front desk and will not be delivered to a hotel room.

    • We offer FedEx shipping. FedEx is only available for orders being shipped to the United States and Canada only.

      Overnight - $19.95 (Monday – Friday delivery)
      2-Day Service - $14.95 (Monday – Friday delivery)
      Canada - $24.95 3-4 days, (Monday – Friday delivery)

      All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. shipped the next business day. All orders placed from 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday through 3:00 p.m. Monday are shipped on Monday. To ensure the security of your transaction, Visit Orlando will only ship to the address associated with the credit card used for the ticket purchase.

    • No, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Certain tickets may be upgraded at the theme park.

    • We have contracts with most of the Orlando attractions allowing us to provide a lower price.

    • Visit Orlando is an official seller of Orlando attraction tickets. Save time, money and avoid standing in line by choosing one of our convenient pick-up or shipping options: Tickets can be shipped via FedEx, picked up at our Official Visitor's Center, or sent to your email in PDF format.

    • Yes. Visit Orlando works very closely with our members to make sure that every ticket is legitimate, official, and purchased through a secure system.  Because the parks and attractions around central Florida are members of our organization, we have a much closer relationship with them. This means that your Theme Park ticket purchases are backed by the Theme Park’s security and fraud prevention systems, as well as Visit Orlando’s additional security layers.  Tickets purchased through Visit Orlando are encoded with additional security features that make it virtually impossible to copy, fake, or otherwise alter a ticket with the intent to defraud.  No other ticket seller can give you this level of security for your official park tickets.

  • Discounts

    • No, our tickets are discounted and we do not accept any additional offers.

    • Discounted attraction tickets are sold at the Official Visitor Center and on our website. Visit Orlando offers select tickets at our satellite locations including the Mall at Millenia concierge desk, the United States Tennis Association National Campus, Fort Drum Service Plaza and West Palm Service Plaza. 

    • No, we are not a timeshare. No hidden costs or high-pressure sales tactics.

    • Prices are subject to change at any time and we do not guarantee current prices or specials.

  • Visitor Centers

    • Visit Orlando operates multiple locations. Visit our visitor centers page for more information and directions.

    • The Official Visitor Center is open daily 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST. Our ticket counter is open 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST. Our call center is available 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.

    • Yes! We are open year-round.

    • At our Visitor Center we accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Discover) and US travelers cheques.

    • Yes, we do offer currency exchange for foreign currency to US dollars. Exchange rates vary from day to day.

    • We offer discounted attraction tickets for many of the area attractions. The most current discounts on restaurants, attractions, accommodations, and shopping can be found at VisitOrlandoDeals.com

    • We currently sell WDW 3 and 4 day Florida resident tickets. You may find military discounts listed here.

    • Discounted attraction tickets are sold at the Official Visitor Center and on our website.   • Accommodations

    • We do not book hotels, but you can find information about hotels, vacation home rentals and campgrounds on our website in the Places to Stay section.

  • Transportation

    • Yes, we have two companies that offer tours to Clearwater, Miami, Cocoa Beach, and many more : Gray Line Tours and Florida Dolphin Tours.

    • A taxi, shuttle, or car service can provide transportation to and from the airport.

    • Yes, we have two companies that offer tours to The Kennedy Space Center: Gray Line Tours and Florida Dolphin Tours.

    • The Lynx buses can take you around the city of Orlando and the I-Ride trolley can take you around the International Drive area and Universal Blvd area. Tickets for both can be purchased at our Official Visitor’s Center.

    • On Florida’s east coast along the Atlantic Ocean, Cocoa beach is about an hour away (61.5 miles) and Daytona Beach is about an hour and a half away (77.5 miles). On Florida’s  west coast along the Gulf of Mexico, Clearwater beach is about 2 hours away (101 miles) and Sarasota Beach is also about 2 hours away (124 miles).
